Jason, Broker and Owner of Incentive Realty, has lived in the Twin Cities his entire life and loves the area. His passion and experience in the real estate industry has been going strong for over 20 years.
After playing college football and studying business and finance at the University of South Dakota, Jason’s career began in the mortgage industry where he worked several years as a Mortgage Banker for a very successful local company. In 2006 he became more interested in the real estate side of the industry and in 2008 created Incentive Realty with an eye towards making the home buying and selling experience more about the Client and less about the huge corporate brokerages.
Jason has held the Certified Distressed Property Expert designation and was named a Minneapolis/St. Paul Magazine “Super Agent” many times. He continues to keep up with changes in the industry and can be counted on to be a knowledgeable and trustworthy professional.
When he isn’t growing his experience in the industry, Jason enjoys spending time with his family, especially traveling with his wife and coaching his kids’ youth sports and taking them boating. He is an avid outdoorsman and can often be found on the water or exploring in the woods.

Real estate is a passion for Steve, who is always eager to help and share his honest and straight forward opinion. He came into real estate by first being a contractor and has been involved full time in the industry ever since he earned his license several years ago.

Growing up along the Lake Superior shoreline in Northern Michigan, Steve is an avid hunter, fisherman and golfer and in general, loves the outdoors. He also likes to spend his spare time enjoying what the Twin Cities, and surrounding, area has to offer. He also has adopted the city lifestyle, enjoying the sporting events, restaurants and entertainment in the downtown areas.
Chris, currently residing in Maple Grove, MN, and has been a Realtor since 2005 when passion for real estate began in college while earning his degree in Finance at Saint Cloud State University.

Robb has been a licensed Minnesota realtor for over a decade who caters to his client’s needs and provides them with all the information they need to make well informed decisions.

Jon is a lifelong Twin Cities resident. Growing up, his father was a teacher and instilled in him a love of education. After graduation from High School, he attended Minnesota State Mankato earning a Bachelor Degree in education. That degree lead him back to the East Metro where he’s personally bought and sold several houses, which enabled him to find another passion in Real Estate.
Jon is immersed in the community by being active in coaching youth sports including hockey, soccer, baseball, and football. He is extremely knowledgeable on the SE Metro, dedicated to his clients and can be trusted to be a great advocate for them.

Shannon has lived in the Twin Cities her entire life, mainly in the East metro. She and her family reside in Cottage Grove. Shannon has nearly twenty years of experience working with individuals with deafblindness, and brings her passion of accessibility to real estate. She is conversation-fluent in American Sign Language. In her spare time, Shannon enjoys kickboxing, reading, crafting, and watching her kids play sports.
